Buying stock from Palletise
Transparency is the point. This is exactly what you're buying, what you're not, and how we describe it.
What you need to know
- Stock conditions and grading
- Every listing carries a Palletise grade. Grades describe the condition of the stock, not its resale value. See the stock condition guide for full definitions.
- Manifests
- Where a manifest exists you can view or download it before buying. Unmanifested lots are labelled as such. We do not create manifest data that does not exist.
- Return-stock risk
- Customer-return stock may include damaged, incomplete or unsellable items. Untested lots are sold without any functional testing. Buy return stock on the basis of the grade, not the reference retail value.
- Reference retail values
- Reference retail values are provided for information only and do not represent guaranteed resale prices or profit.
- VAT
- Wholesale prices are shown excluding VAT. Retail shop prices include VAT. VAT is always itemised at checkout, and you can switch between ex-VAT and inc-VAT display where that option is shown.
- Delivery
- Parcel, pallet and bulk freight options are quoted against the order. Collection is only offered where a genuine facility is available for that lot.
- Consumer and trade rights
- Consumer purchases through the retail shop carry your statutory rights. Trade sales of graded, returned or liquidation stock are made on trade terms, which are set out at checkout.
