Most buyer profiles are reviewed within one working day. If your application is straightforward, you can expect access to trade pricing and stock alerts within 24 hours. Complex trade structures may take up to two working days.

What documents do I need to provide?

We typically ask for proof of business trading, such as a company registration number, VAT number (if registered), and a recent invoice or website link. Sole traders can provide a UTR or proof of self-employment.

Is there a minimum order or membership fee?

No. Registering as a buyer is free and there is no monthly membership. Some lots have minimum quantities, but you can buy single pallets or multiple lots depending on what suits your business.

How will I know when matching stock is available?

Once approved, you can set stock alerts from your account dashboard. We will email you when lots match your categories, budget and location preferences.

Can I visit and inspect stock before buying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Collections and inspections are by appointment at our Stockport location. Many lots also include manifest details and condition grades so you can buy with confidence remotely.

What happens if my application is declined?

Accepted Answer

Declines are rare and usually due to incomplete information. We will explain why and tell you exactly what is needed to reapply. You can update your details and resubmit at any time.
