Trade accounts

First look at the stock that moves

A Palletise trade account gives resellers and business buyers trade-only pricing, early access to incoming lots, saved searches, manifests and bulk enquiries — all in one place, with no membership fee.

What's included

Six reasons trade buyers choose Palletise

Everything a professional buyer needs to source, value and move stock — without the mystery-box gamble.

First look at incoming stock

Trade accounts see new wholesale, liquidation and return lots before they go public — the best stock never reaches the open marketplace.

Trade-only pricing & credit terms

Prices shown ex-VAT across wholesale lines. Established trade accounts can apply for credit terms and bulk discounting.

Saved searches & watchlists

Save queries like 'Electrical return pallets, Manchester' and get notified when matching stock lands.

Manifests & invoices

Download full manifests for the lots you buy and invoices for every order — clean records for your accounts.

Pallet & bulk freight

Trade accounts get quoted pallet and bulk freight rates against real postcodes and pallet counts, not generic estimates.

Bulk & bespoke enquiries

Tell us what you need — volume, category, condition — and we'll match it against incoming stock before it lists.

Is it for you?

Who qualifies for a trade account

A trade account is for genuine business buyers, not end consumers. If you buy stock to resell, you almost certainly qualify.

Resellers & retailers

If you buy stock to resell — on marketplaces, in a shop, at car boots or online — a trade account is built for you.

Registered businesses

Sole traders, partnerships and limited companies trading in the UK. You don't need to be VAT-registered to apply.

Logistics & fulfilment

Fulfilment operators, 3PLs and carriers sourcing palletised or bulk stock for onward distribution.

Stock buyers & jobbers

Professional buyers and jobbers who move volume and want consistent, fairly graded supply.

FAQs

Trade account questions, answered

Everything a new trade buyer tends to ask before applying.

Who is a trade account for?

Anyone buying stock to resell — resellers, retailers, fulfilment operators, jobbers and stock buyers. You don't need to be VAT-registered, but you do need to be a genuine trade buyer rather than an end consumer.

Do I need to be VAT-registered?

No. VAT-registered businesses will see prices excluding VAT and receive VAT invoices, but non-VAT-registered sole traders and businesses are welcome to apply.

How long does approval take?

Most applications are reviewed and approved within one working day. We may contact you to confirm your trading details if anything is unclear.

What does a trade account cost?

Nothing. There is no membership fee and no ongoing subscription. You only pay for the stock you buy, plus delivery where applicable.

What is 'first look' access?

Selected incoming lots are released to trade accounts before they appear on the public marketplace. This gives trade buyers the chance to secure the best stock before it's widely visible.

Can I get credit terms?

Established trade accounts in good standing can apply for credit terms. New accounts start on a pre-pay basis, and credit is reviewed as the trading relationship builds.

Can I submit a bulk enquiry?

Yes. Trade accounts can submit a bulk enquiry specifying category, volume and condition, and we'll match it against incoming stock — often before it lists publicly.

How is delivery handled?

Individual products ship by parcel. Palletised goods and bulk orders are quoted against your postcode and pallet count, with collection available from our Stockport warehouse.
