Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Palletise website and marketplace. Please read them carefully before buying or selling.
Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Palletise Ltd website and marketplace (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
“We”, “us” and “Palletise” means Palletise Ltd. “You” means any visitor, buyer or seller using the Service. “Stock” means any wholesale, liquidation, returns or clearance goods listed or sold through the Service.
3. Using the Service
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt its operation.
4. Buying stock
- Stock is sold on the condition grade and manifest stated on the listing.
- All prices are shown in GBP and, unless stated, exclude VAT and delivery.
- An order is a binding contract once payment is confirmed.
- Delivery timescales are estimates and quoted against the items purchased.
5. Selling stock
- You confirm that you own, or are authorised to sell, any stock you submit.
- Stock is valued on the information and photographs you provide.
- Once we agree to purchase, collection is arranged at a mutually convenient time.
6. Stock condition
Stock is graded and described honestly using our condition system. Because much of our stock is returns, surplus or liquidation, you should read the grade and manifest before buying. Our returns policy applies in addition to your statutory rights.
7. Returns
For retail consumer products, statutory cancellation and returns rights apply. Wholesale lots, pallets and liquidation stock are sold as described; please check the listing and contact us before buying if you are unsure.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the stock in question. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
