Modern Slavery Statement

This statement sets out the steps Palletise Ltd takes to prevent slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chains, in line with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

1. Our business

Palletise Ltd is a UK-based wholesale, liquidation, returns and clearance marketplace that connects businesses with stock to sell to resellers and retailers, and provides training through Palletise Academy. We operate from Charter House, Norbury Street, Stockport, SK1 3SH.

2. Our commitment

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our business or supply chains.

3. Supply chains

Our supply chain includes carriers, warehouse and fulfilment partners, packaging suppliers and IT service providers, principally based in the UK. We expect all partners to share our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery.

4. Due diligence

  • We assess new suppliers before engaging them.
  • We require partners to comply with all applicable employment and anti-slavery laws.
  • We monitor ongoing relationships and act on any concerns raised.

5. Training and awareness

We ensure that those responsible for procurement and supplier relationships understand the signs of modern slavery and know how to raise concerns.

6. Reporting concerns

Anyone who suspects that slavery or human trafficking is taking place in any part of our business or supply chain should report it to us immediately. Reports can be made in confidence to hello@palletise.co.uk.

7. Review

This statement is reviewed annually and updated as our business and supply chains evolve.
