About Palletise

Buy better. Sell smarter.

Palletise is a UK platform connecting businesses with stock to sell to the resellers, retailers and buyers who want it — and teaching the next generation how to resell it well.

Our story

Stranded stock still has value — it just needs the right buyer

Stock ends up needing a new home for ordinary reasons: a shop closes, an owner retires, a line is discontinued, customers return goods. Palletise was built to move that stock on, and to describe it accurately so buyers can judge it before they commit.

A marketplace, not a mystery box

Too much of the returns and liquidation trade runs on blind manifests and vague grades. We think that hurts everyone — buyers lose trust, sellers get lowball offers, and good stock ends up in skips.

So we built Palletise around a simple idea: describe it properly, grade it honestly, photograph it clearly, and price it fairly. Buyers know what they're getting. Sellers get a realistic valuation without the runaround.

Alongside the marketplace, Palletise Academy teaches the practical skills — sourcing, margins, platforms and logistics — so new resellers can build sustainable businesses rather than gamble on mystery pallets.

What we stand for

Four principles we won't bend on

They sound simple because they are. The hard part is sticking to them when it's easier not to.

Honest by default

Every lot is graded and described as it actually is. No inflated manifests, no mystery grades, no surprises on delivery.

Stock that moves

We focus on volume that clears quickly — the right buyer for the right pallet, lot or single product, fast.

Fair on both sides

Sellers get a realistic valuation without the runaround. Buyers pay a fair price for what's genuinely in the box.

Teach, don't gatekeep

Reselling isn't a secret. Palletise Academy shares the skills, sourcing and margins so newcomers can build properly.

How it works

From your warehouse to a buyer, the clear way

The same straightforward process whether you're clearing one pallet or an entire distribution centre.

01

We assess the stock

Send photos, a manifest or a stock list. We value wholesale, surplus, closure, retirement and return inventory honestly.

02

We agree a deal

A clear, single offer with no hidden fees. Accept it and we arrange collection at a time that suits you.

03

We collect & grade

Stock comes into our warehouse, gets sorted, graded and photographed so every buyer can judge it before they buy.

04

It goes to market

Lots and pallets are listed across our wholesale, return-pallet, liquidation and retail channels — and to our trade buyers.

Palletise Academy

Teaching resellers, not selling secrets

Reselling isn't a closed club. Palletise Academy shares the sourcing, margins, platforms and logistics so newcomers can build real businesses instead of gambling on mystery pallets.

Learn the trade, then trade

The Academy covers the full journey: how to read a manifest, how to value a pallet, which platforms suit which stock, how to price for margin, and how to handle shipping and returns without losing money.

It's written by people who actually move stock — not gurus selling a course. Practical, honest, and built around the reality of reselling in the UK.

A note on honesty

We won't publish numbers we can't back up

Plenty of stock platforms boast about turnover, customer counts and review scores. We'd rather show you real listings, real grades and real manifests — and add the numbers only when real data supports them.

If you want to judge Palletise, judge it on the stock we list, the grades we assign, and how we describe it. That's the part that actually affects whether you buy or sell well.
