Discontinued ranges, superseded models and last-season lines are assessed as clearance stock.
End-of-line inventory rarely improves with age. Packaging dates, superseded models and retired branding all reduce what the stock will achieve, so the sensible time to clear a range is as the replacement launches, not years afterwards.
We buy end-of-line across most general merchandise categories, and it forms a large part of what we list as clearance stock.
