Stock condition guide
Every Palletise listing carries a grade. This is what each grade means and what you should expect.
The Palletise grading standard
- New
- Unused stock in original condition.
- New — Damaged Packaging
- Unused product where the outer packaging is damaged.
- Ex-Display
- Previously displayed but not generally used.
- Customer Return — Tested
- Returned product checked according to the stated testing process.
- Customer Return — Untested
- Customer-return inventory sold without testing.
- Refurbished
- Only used where stock has genuinely been refurbished.
- Mixed Condition
- The lot includes stock across multiple conditions.
Manifests
Where a manifest exists it is available to view or download on the listing. Manifests typically show SKU, description, quantity, reference value, condition and brand. We do not fill in missing manifest information.
