Stock type
Inventory that was sold, returned by the customer and then cleared by the retailer. Condition varies, so we state what has and has not been checked.
Returns are the highest-margin and highest-risk stock we sell. A proportion of any returns lot is genuinely unused — wrong size, changed mind, duplicate gift — while another proportion is damaged, incomplete or faulty. Nobody can tell you the exact split in advance, and any supplier who does is guessing.
What we can do is be precise about process. Lots marked CUSTOMER RETURN have been through our returns check to the extent described on the lot. Lots marked UNTESTED RETURN have not been function tested by Palletise at all. Where a manifest exists you can review it before committing.
